Paper
We will use the Arteza 9×12″ Sketch Book. It’s important you use thick paper so that the watercolors don’t bleed through. Its size is also large enough for us to fit the entire eye on the page.
Oil Paints
We recommend Gamblin Oil Paints. It is a high-quality paint that is easy to work with. Also, it doesn’t have a strong smell like some other oil paints.
Brushes
We will use a variety of synthetic brushes. Synthetic brushes are less likely to absorb paint and become misshapen. We recommend D’Artisan Brushes. It is important to have a variety of brush sizes so that you can create different effects.
